It is pigmented and seriously glides over skin. The packaging is very uniform but still stays true to the brand. I like how easily I can control the amount of product I use as well as how easy to remove it is. I have never tried it in the waterline, in fact I am extremely boring beauty blogger who sticks to upper lash line :P
My only complaints would be that I have trouble sharpening it. I have tried both Chanel and NYX sharpeners but neither have worked well. Maybe if I just suck it up and buy the Urban Decay brand I will have better results. Is it just me or has anyone else had this issue too?
Thank you for your comment... I use this one - it's great!

No problem Vicky, yes I love it :)

I used this for ages and loved it. I'm now using Clinique cream liner which is like this x100!
ReplyDeleteI used a benefit sharpener and it seemed okay, but if you were going to buy one then urban decay would obviously make sense!
Oh cool, my Mom uses the Clinique one too. I might try to steal it from her! >.<

Thanks Charlee! I would certainly recommend it :)
DeleteI have the UD sharpener and it sharpened exactly like the cheap dollar one I have. I think they just suck at being sharpened.
