Best Dressed Woman of 2011

I love looking at photos of celebrities and stylish women. This year I noticed a lot of pictures of Olivia Palermo in magazines, online etc. 

I couldn't stop thinking, "I don't know many other people who could pull of that look" And it's true-whether you like her or not she looks gorgeous in many outfits too daring for the average girl.
